Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar on Thursday said India was continuously violating all laws in the occupied Kashmir and the lives of the oppressed Kashmiris had become hell due to prolong curfew and siege. "Modi has become a Yazid of today, but this oppressed period would soon come to an end. Silence of the international community over continued Indian oppression and brutality against the Kashmiris could result in grave human tragedy. The nations of the world would have to wake up from their deep slumber," he said.

He said India cannot silence the freedom movement of the Kashmiris despite its continued oppression and brutality, and deception and cunningness of the Modi government had been fully exposed before the world. "India cannot continue its control on Kashmir valley through a policy of brutality and barbarity," he added.

"The freedom struggle of Kashmiris would bear fruit and they would succeed. Pakistan has successfully projected the core issue of Kashmir and Prime Minister Imran Khan is fighting the Kashmir case as an ambassador of Kashmir. World opinion is being changed in favour of the oppressed Kashmiris," he said.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister condole the death of the father of Amjad Javed Saleemi, former IG Police and extended sympathies to the bereaved family.
